Virginia Elite Volleyball Club

VA Elite had three major victories at the East Coast Championships in Pittsburgh during the weekend of May 24-26th. 

VA Elite 18s (Cobras) won the 18s Beast of the East Competition.  This was a new division, focusing on allowing teams that have already qualified for Nationals to face the toughest competition.  The Cobras were undefeated for the weekend, with a record of 6-0, and took home the Gold.

The 15's Team (Rampage) played an awesome weekend of volleyball this past Memorial Day. The girls finished first, walking away with the Gold Division medals!!!

VA Elite 14s (Explosion) also had a fantastic weekend at SAC, finishing as the runners up in the Gold of the 14s division!

VA Elite 13s (Ice) played up in the 14s division at SAC and had a great showing - they finished in the top 6!  Way to go, Ice!

Congratulations to VA Elite 18 (Cobras) for taking home the championship of the first Mid-Atlantic Power League on May 17-18. It was a hard fought weekend that had some great competition.

Congrats to the VA Elite 13s (ICE) who took second place in the bronze division of the Capitol Festival/MVSA 14s Invitational. This 2 day tourney was at the Discovery Sports Center in Boyds, MD on May 10th & 11th.

Congratulations to Jasmine Davis of VA Elite 18s (Cobras) who has committed to play volleyball at Virginia State in 2008.  Way to go, Jasmine!
