Club fees are due on the dates noted in the payment schedule. Fee payments may be paid by check or money order to Virginia Elite Volleyball Club and the payment mailed to:

Late Fees

Failure to pay fees before the 15^th of the month due will result in a late fee of 5% of the overdue fee, rounded to the next whole dollar.

Suspension for non-payment

While the club does not want to see any player lose the ability to play, failure to pay the fee and the late fee by the 28^th of the month will result in the player being automatically suspended from all club activities to include: practices, tournaments, and recruiting. College recruiters will be told that the player is suspended. Lifting of suspension will require payment of all outstanding fees and penalties, and a vote by the Executive Committee to reinstate. Once reinstated, any failure to pay by the 15^th of the month will result in immediate re-suspension. If a player is suspended a second time reinstatement will only be permitted if all remaining fees are paid in full prior to reinstatement.
