13s Finish 3rd at NVPL

The Virginia Elite 13s team rose to the challenge of playing in a mixed 13/14 open division at NVPL to take home 3rd place overall.
The 13s team "The Kraken" kicked off pool play with a decisive win against Roanoke 13 United as they then moved to take on 2 very strong 14s teams in NVVA 14 Travel and Apple Valley 14U. They dug deep and fought for every point, falling just short of beating NVVA 14 Travel but working to stay alive and move to gold coming out on top against Apple valley 14U and taking 2nd off their net!
Round one of gold saw them take on some friendly faces in the Virginia Elite 14s team! They played hard and had fun against their club mates, ultimately falling short in their bid but staying to cheer on their friends to the gold medal!
