Four Virginia Elite Alumni Earn AVCA All-America Honors

Virginia Elite is proud to celebrate four alumni who earned 2025 AVCA NCAA Division III All-America honors, recognizing them among the top collegiate volleyball players in the country.
Alyssa Dozier – Christopher Newport University | First Team All-American
Alyssa earned First Team All-America honors in 2025, marking her third AVCA All-America selection. She previously earned Second Team honors in 2023 and Third Team honors in 2024, adding First Team recognition to an outstanding collegiate career.
Helena Swaak – Johns Hopkins University | Second Team All-American
Helena earned Second Team All-America honors in 2025, marking the second All-America honor of her collegiate career. She was previously named a Third Team All-American in 2023.
Juliana McFarland – Carnegie Mellon University | Honorable Mention All-American
Juliana earned AVCA All-America Honorable Mention recognition in 2025, marking her second All-America honor after also receiving Honorable Mention recognition in 2022.
Riley DeBiec – Washington and Lee University | Honorable Mention All-American
Riley also earned AVCA All-America Honorable Mention recognition in 2025, becoming a two-time All-American after previously earning Honorable Mention honors in 2022.
Having four Virginia Elite alumni earn All-America recognition in the same season is an incredible accomplishment. Having all four become multiple-time All-Americans makes it even more special. Together, Alyssa, Helena, Juliana, and Riley have earned nine career AVCA All-America honors.
