Three Top-10 Finishes Highlight Virginia Elite’s Weekend at Volley by the James

Virginia Elite kicked off its first major tournament of the 2026 season at Volley by the James in Richmond, Virginia, with all seven teams taking the court for their first multi-day competition of the year.
The weekend was highlighted by three Top-10 finishes, including a Top-5 performance from our 17s:
- 17s – 4th Place
- 18s – 6th Place
- 13s – 7th Place
Volley by the James provided an important early-season test for our teams and an opportunity to compete against strong competition, gain valuable match experience, and continue building as we move deeper into the season.
