NOTE: Team rosters reset annually on August 1. With their Virginia Elite membership, athletes receive access to SportsRecruits and BallTime subscriptions. The athletes listed below were members of last year’s team and have been advanced to the next roster tier so they may continue linking their profiles until the new season is formed.
Please note that inclusion on this roster does not guarantee placement on the 2025–2026 team. Final rosters for the upcoming season will be published following tryouts in November.

***First 3 Weekends in March:
- If the team gets accepted into Sunshine and Boston Qualifiers, the team will NOT attend Northeast Qualifier Week 1 but will attend Week 2
- If the team gets accepted into CHRVA Regionals, the team will NOT attend Northeast Qualifier Week 2 and will attend Week 1
- Final decisions on these 3 weekends will ultimately be determined by acceptances and timing - we aim to not play more than 2 weekends in a row, alternative options will be identified if possible
*If a CHRVA Regional Bid or Qualifier Open division bid to USAV Nationals is not earned, the team will attend AAU Nationals.

Practice Schedule - 2025/2026 Schedule Coming Soon..
Virginia Elite utilizes a phased approach to team training. The 2014-2015 season saw the emergence of VAE academy practices which was designed to focus on skill development focused on sound and consistent fundamentals and eliminating skill based errors in game-time situations.
Official Season Kick-Off: The season kicks-off on Saturday, November 23rd with a mandatory athlete/parent session from 12:00PM-5:00PM, followed by a club-wide bonding. The day begins at 12:00PM for all families and athletes can expect to be picked up at midnight.
Phase I (12/2 - 1/19): Six full weeks of VAE "Boot Camp" that will consist of 2 academy practices (2 hours each), 1 team practice (2 hours each) and 1 required setting academy (1 hour) for all setters.
Phase II (1/20 - End of Season): 1 academy practice (2 hours), 2 team practices (2 hours each) and 1 required setting academy (1 hour) for all setters.
