Lindsey Dejonghe
15's Assistant Coach
Lindsey DeJonghe enters her second season with Virginia Elite as an Assistant Coach with the 15s team, bringing more than eight years of experience as both a player and coach. A Sterling, VA native, her volleyball journey began in 7th grade with Loudoun Youth Volleyball. She went on to compete through high school and at the club level, demonstrating her commitment to the sport early on.
While attending Virginia Tech, DeJonghe continued her playing career with the club volleyball program and discovered her passion for coaching. She began coaching 14s–16s teams at her previous club and later gained additional experience with NVVA Galaxy before joining Virginia Elite. Last season, she assisted with Virginia Elite’s 16s team and now continues her coaching journey with the 15s.
DeJonghe earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and currently works as a Financial Planning Associate at Clarendon Wealth Management.
